Delivery Methods
All in-stock orders placed before 2pm Eastern ship the same day. All items under 70 lbs. ship via UPS Ground and will arrive at most destinations within 4-7 days under normal circumstances. All items over 70 lbs. ship via AIT Freight and will be delivered by appointment, within 3-5 days for most destinations.
Total Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return an item within 30 days* of the shipping date. We'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise - whichever you prefer. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories.
* Please note
- 30 day limit on the return of all items with the exception of TV?s which are listed below by manufacturer.
- Opened satellite boxes & systems (or activated cards) may not be returned. Exchanges can be done through the manufacturer.
- Free shipping (and reduced shipping) promos do not apply to return/exchange shipping on freighted items (50 lbs or more).
- 15% Restocking fees will be charged only if your order is not returned in its original box, is missing packing material, manuals, any accessories or the UPC bar code off the box.
* Ovation does not take back defective TV?s or any TV?s once the box has been opened. With a few exceptions, all TV?s are repair only. See details below for specific TV Vendor Details:
Haier - Initial fail on power up these will be exchanged by Ovation 30 days from original customer invoice. Customer must pay freight back to Ovation. To qualify for replacement, TV must be complete with all accessories and will be replaced with same or equivalent model after the defective unit arrives at the warehouse. Sharp - All Sharp Electronic Products that fail on initial power up will be exchanged by Ovation 30 days from original customer invoice. Customer must pay the freight back to the Ovation warehouse. To qualify for replacement, product must be complete with all accessories and will be replaced with the same or equivalent model after the defective unit arrives at the warehouse. After 30 days from customer invoice, please contact Sharp at 800-237-4277 or go to the web at www.sharpusa.com. Then click on the ?Sharp Support Center? button.
Toshiba ? Ovation will exchange Toshiba TV?s that fail on initial power up 30 days from customer invoice. Customer must pay the freight back to the Ovation warehouse. To qualify for replacement, TV must be complete with all accessories and will be replaced with the same or equivalent model after the defective unit arrives at the warehouse. After 30 days, contact Toshiba for nearest repair center at www.toshiba.com and click on your specific product category then ?customer support? then ?authorized service center?.
Satellite Products:
DIRECTV Receivers ? Ovation will exchange DIRECTV receivers 90 days from the Consumer?s initial activation date. After 90 days contact DIRECTV at 1-800-347-3288. Customers should keep their original activated access card to use with consumer?s new unit and have DIRECTV re-marry the card. Defective unit will be returned to Ovation with a virgin (un-authorized) card to qualify for exchange.
DIRECTV Dishes and LNB?s ? Ovation will exchange 30 days from customer invoice.

To Begin the Return/Exchange Process
To begin the return process, please log in to your account, and select Returns & Exchanges. Please initiate a return within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise if it has been damaged in transit or is defective. We will gladly send a replacement free of charge. Once the product arrives at Ovation, either a refund will be issued or we will exchange your product and send a new one out to you. If you have received a defective unit, some manufacturers may require one service call to diagnose the issue.

Shipments
It is the customer?s responsibility to inspect all shipments upon arrival for damage of any kind and indicate all damage, or potential damage, on the delivery receipt in the presence of the delivering driver. If you determine upon inspection that the condition of the shipping box is satisfactory, an adult (age 18 or older) is required to sign the shipping courier's release form to complete delivery. By signing this release, you are acknowledging and agreeing to Ovation.com's Policy and Agreement, understanding that you cannot return the television to Ovation for a refund and that the condition of the delivery meets your expectations. However, if damage is found, immediately contact Ovation and Ovation will initiate a freight claim with the carrier. If the damage is not indicated on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves, (concealed damage) Ovation must be notified within 48 hours of the delivery. Ovation can not guarantee a concealed damage claim will have any reimbursement value but will do our best to work with the carrier on your behalf. Beyond 48 hours, the customer has full responsibility for any damage found. After delivery, please read all included documentation and/or contact the manufacturer directly to determine applicable warranty coverage, if any.
Physical Damage
Physically damaged items cannot be returned to Ovation. Improperly installed products are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use. If you return any physically damaged item to Ovation, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Return Shipping
If you decide that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Ovation. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. To get a return authorization number click the login link below. We recommend that you use UPS Ground Service ?Insured.? If you have an overweight/oversized item that was shipped to you via a Freight/LTL carrier, Ovation will arrange for the carrier to pick the product up directly from your home. The return shipping price will be sent to you before it is picked up.
Mail-in Rebates
Products offering mail-in rebates are not returnable to Ovation once the rebates have been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in your rebate. Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Only the product manufacturer can replace any defective item missing the UPC code.
Out Of Stock Items
Sometimes items are returned to Ovation after the product has been discontinued. If Ovation no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email with two options: either Ovation can send you a comparable replacement item, or a refund of the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.
Privacy
Ovation respects your right to privacy. As a result, we only share your information with the contractors and agents necessary to process your order. We do not sell or trade customer information with any third party not directly involved with the processing of orders.
-Purchases
Ovation-av.com allows our customers to purchase products online. In order to process these orders, we must collect your full name, billing address, shipping address, telephone numbers, email address, and credit card information including the type of card, the card number, the expiration date, and the card holder?s name. This information is collected and transmitted using secure technology provided by VeriSign, Inc. It is stored by us on our secure servers to allow us to perform essential functions including processing credit card reconciliations, providing customer service, and handling audits and warranty claims. As a convenience to our online purchasers, we offer the option of storing your personal information (but not credit card information) in a customer account. This makes shopping easier for our repeat customers, as they will not have to reenter their information every time they make a purchase. Users who choose this option will enter their email address and select a password, which will be the only way this information can be accessed. We also allow you to sign up to receive updates by registering your email address, or by checking the appropriate box when purchasing. You can remove your information from our mailing list at any time by sending an email with those instructions to unsubscribe@ovation-av.com. In addition, every email from us will come with instructions explaining how to unsubscribe.
-Other Data Collection
