Q.
How long will it take to receive my order?
A.
All in-stock orders placed before 2pm Eastern ship the same day. All items under 70 lbs. ship via UPS Ground and will arrive at most destinations within 4-7 days under normal circumstances. All items over 70 lbs. ship via AIT Freight and will be delivered by appointment, within 3-5 days for most destinations. Expedited delivery to most destinations is available for an additional charge, please see delivery options when placing your order.
Q.
What should I do if I receive an item that has been damaged in shipping?
A.
If the packaging of the item being delivered appears to be damaged in any way, and the delivery driver is present, REFUSE the item. If you discover concealed shipping damage after the delivery, contact us WITHIN 48 HOURS at 877 552-8977 or customerservice@ovation-av.com for a Return Authorization Number (required for all product returns).

What if I receive an item that is defective?
A.
Many problems with consumer electronic items are related to setup and operation rather than actual product defects. If you experience any problems with your purchase, please contact us at 877 552-8977 or customerservice@ovation-av.com to see if the problem can be solved. What if I change my mind about a purchase I have received?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return an item within 30 days of the shipping date. We'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise - whichever you prefer (please see Policy page for details and exclusions. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories.

How long is the warranty for my product?

All warranties are provided by the manufacturer and the length and coverage vary by product. Please consult the owner's manual and/or warranty information provided with your item.
