Ovation is proud to offer a complete selection of Audio, Video and Home Entertainment components and accessories. Ovation combines selection, price, convenience and expertise to help make the on-line purchase a great experience. Should you decide to call to place your order or to discuss a technical question, a question about your order, or want to make a special purchase, you'll get a real person, not a frustrating phone menu. If we don't take your call immediately, we'll get back to you within 10 Minutes (during business hours). That's a promise!

Ovation Policies:

All returns must be made within 30 days of your order. To obtain authorization, please call 877-552-8977 Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, fax us at 317-576-1667 or email customerservice@ovation-av.com.

All merchandise returned must be UNOPENED in the original packaging. Once the merchandise is received, your account will be credited less any shipping cost and 15% restocking fee, unless the return is a result of an error on our part.

No returns on the following:

• No refunds on Special Orders
• Custom made cables of any kind

Return Fees apply as specified below:

• Shipping charges may be applied to merchandise exchanges.
• Shipping fee is not refundable.
• A 15% restocking fee for all returns and order cancellations.
• All returns will be processed within 72 hours of being received.
• International customers are fully responsible for all shipping costs as well as related fees imposed by their country for returns.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: If the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, a refund will be issued less shipping cost. Shipping and handling fee will apply to reshipment.

REFUSAL of DELIVERIES: Refusal of shipments will be handled like a return in accordance with our return policy, unless prior arrangements have been discussed and approved. Shipping fees and/or freight charges are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: It is best to contact us by phone 1-877-552-8977 as in stock items are shipped the same day for orders received by 1PM EST. If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or return it following the instructions above. Shipping costs incurred will not be refunded and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

SHIPPING SERVICES: Ovation uses UPS for all packages. Shipping charges are determined by size, weight, its destination and may require a signature. Special services i.e. Overnight, Saturday delivery, Canadian and International orders may incur additional shipping costs due to size, weight and destination.

WARRANTY SERVICE: All products sold by Ovation have a full manufactures warranty. All extended warranties beyond the manufacturers warranty are covered by Warrantech.
